• BS3621 High-Security Lock: The cabinet's lock conforms to BS3621, a standard you might recognise as "insurance-approved" for home front doors. This isn't your average cabinet lock; it is a six-pin cylinder lock that is anti-pick and anti-drill. It's designed to resist tampering and forced entry, and it comes supplied with three keys.

A key feature that sets this cabinet apart is its use of a thick mild steel continuous hinge, often known as a piano hinge. Unlike standard hinges, which can be a weak point, a continuous hinge distributes weight evenly and makes it significantly harder to pry the door open. We go one step further: the hinge pin is welded in place to prevent the door from being removed.

This robust hinge is attached to a door and body made from tough 0.9mm thick cold reduced mild steel in a fully welded construction. It also features an "Anti-Jimmy" folded return down the full length of the hinge side, which further protects against attempts to lever the door open.
